Biggest Hurdle: 6 sites launched at one time and the primary developer left on paternity leave the day it was supposed to launch!

Overcame Hurdle by: pulling in multiple outsourced resources and staying in contact with the client via the sales representative and working diligently with focus until all issues were addressed.

Sage Lodge

Biggest Hurdle:  The site was released to client by previous PM prior to adequate QA resulting in a vast number of needed QA issues.

Overcame Hurdle by: sorting QA issues based on resource availabiity, convinced client to wait until after launch for some items, re-arranged other clients' needs to prioritize this project.

Process Changed for Future by: adding and scheduling time into projects for QA.
